Super Mario Figures from JAKKS Pacific Make a Great Stocking Stuffer Idea (Review)

Disclosure: I was sent samples from the vendor in exchange for an honest review. All views shared are mine and mine alone.

If you follow my blog, then you probably saw a few recent posts about Super Mario toys, a playset and advent calendar from JAKKS Pacific that I was sent to review, and include in my gift guide. My youngest daughter, thanks to her Daddy, is a huge Mario and Luigi fan, so she had a blast helping me review these toys. She was so excited when Dec. 1st rolled around yesterday, as she knew she could finally start opening up the doors of her Nintendo Super Mario advent calendar to see which fun figures and accessories she would get and be able to play with.  She already has a handful of playsets and figures, so once she opened the first door yesterday, she was quick to bring down her bin full of Super Mario toys from JAKKS Pacific to play with her toy figurine from her advent.  And, it was a perfect day for playing, as my husband was home from work, and got to get down on the floor and play with these toys with her.  When they were done, they ended up having a Mario challenge with some of the video games we have collected over the years. So, to say it was a Mario day in our house was an understatement.  But, it was really nice to see both of my girls get excited about the advent calendar, and then spend the afternoon playing with all their JAKKS Pacific Super Mario play set and figurines, making up story lines to act out.

In addition to getting to open the first door on her Super Mario advent calendar, I also surprised my daughter with another super cute Mario figurine, which the kind folks at JAKKS Pacific sent my way the other day.  I was sent two different Mario toys, so my oldest daughter was able to get her own, and enjoy. Thanks to her little sister and Daddy, she is starting to get into Super Mario beyond just the classic video games that she plays with the family, and start playing and wanting to collect the toys.  Her favorite is Princess Peach, while my youngest LOVES Mario, with Luigi a close second.

Just look at the smiles on my girls' faces after I handed them these two Super Mario toys from JAKKS Pacific to add to their play set and figurines collections...

The Super Mario Propeller Mario toy has so fun features to it, including the propeller on his helmet that actually spins around.

In addition to the propeller, you can also move his legs and hands, making this a super fun toy to interact with and tell your favorite story lines where Mario saves the day and rescues the princess.

As far as the Mario with Question Block toy, his hands and feet can also move about.  And, his head also turns about.

The question mark cube doesn't do anything, but is just cool in its own right.. My girls kept making the sounds from the game as they had their Mario figurines jump up and tap it to get a coin, flower, or mushroom to grow.

Just by adding this fun accessory it really make their interactive play with all their JAKKS Pacific Super Mario toys that much more enjoyable.

In addition to these two Super Mario figurines there are three other Mario toys to collect including Raccoon Mario, Mario with a jack hammer and Tanooki Mario which comes with a gold coin.

My girls were quick to notice these other Mario toys in the series, and ran to get their wish lists they are working on for Santa to add these to their lists.  :-)  If you have a Super Mario fan in your life who love collecting the different toys, play sets an accessories released by JAKKS Pacific, then you will definitely want to check out these Mario toys and pick up to add to their stockings or under the tree this holiday season.

My girls LOVE them, and woke early just to play with them this AM, along with the next Super Mario figurine they unveiled from their advent calendar.  You can learn more about the different Super Mario toys available now from JAKKS Pacific that would make for great gift ideas this holiday season by visiting
