When my youngest daughter asked me about the first movie's release and I did a Google search, I was surprised that it took so long to come out with a sequel to this hit animated movies.   But, the wait was sure worth it, as The Croods: A New Age was spectacular!  We watched it for the first time Saturday night, and have since watched it three more times since them.  It was so good, and the music was really catchy, too!  I find myself singing some of the songs in the shower, or will get them stuck in my head when I walk past the living room when my girls are watching this movie. This movie really focuses on Eve and Guy wanting to leave the nest and start their own live together. They are in love and want to be a family, without having to live under the nose of her Dad.  But, Grug doesn't want to have his daughter leaves, so he tells his family they will move ahead and find the perfect home for everyone to live together. Through disaster after disaster and laugh out loud adventures, like you have come to expect with the Croods, this movie will have your family glued to the screen and laughing from start to finish.  And, with the introduction to the Bettermans, it adds even more laughs. I could go on and on about just how hilarious this movie was, and how it is the perfect family movie night film, but I know many of you have probably already watched it when it released to Digital on Feb. 9, or pre-ordered the Blu-ray or DVD release, which arrived in stores today, to add to your Universal movie collection.  We have been eagerly awaiting the release of this sequel and hope there are more The Croods movies in the works, as we can't wait to see Eve and Guy have a little family of their own, and see what happens with the Croods as time goes by.  But, in the meantime, we are enjoying this new release, and can't wait to do a double feature this upcoming weekend, where we plan to watch the first The Croods movie, and follow it up with the The Croods: A New Age, and all the great bonus content that comes with this new release. ---GIVEAWAY--- Want a chance to win a copy of this new movie release?  Thanks to the kind folks at Universal Pictures Home Entertainment, one lucky Inspired by Savannah will have a chance to do just that, as I have one Blu-Ray copy of this movie up for grabs! :-) To enter, please complete the entries on the Rafflecopter form below.
