The cold temperatures seem to have set in here in the Northeast. After Mother Nature was playing with us with a week worth of upper 70 degree days in late October/early November, it had me thinking we would get away with a bitterly cold winter.  But, then the frost set in and 30 degree morning temps set in, and I was quickly reminded that I live in New England and the saying goes, "If you don't like the weather, wait a minute and it will change."  Well, it sure did!  I guess I should have played hooky from work and gave the girls the day off from school last week when they asked to go to the beach, as it would have made for a fun day, walking the beach and feeling the sand between my toes.  

With Covid this year, our summer plans were put on hold, like so many other families, and planned trips to the beach were cancelled as either the beaches were closed, or the few times we tried to get there early in the AM, we were turned away as they were at full capacity at 50% by state mandates.  Instead, we bought blow up pools and sprinklers and let the girls play in them on the super hot days to cool off.  But, it didn't compare to the beach days they (and I) always looked forward in the summer. But, we are crossing our fingers, and hoping that next summer we will make it back to the beach, and enjoy all these wonderful beaches around us in RI and MA.  And, when we go, we will bringing our new Adult and Kid’s Changing Ponchos By COR Surf.
