Have Fun Counting Down to Christmas with the Pop-Up Sticker Advent Calendar from Benjamin Chaud and Chronicle Kids (Review)

While chocolate and surprise toy advent calendars are nice, I find myself really enjoying advent calendars that you can use and admire year after year.  We have a nice wooden advent calendar that you pull out the drawers to reveal a treat I put in there, but I was looking for something easier this Christmas for the girls to do to count down to Santa's arrival.  I was happy to see the above pop-up advent calendar with stickers from Chronicle Books, and was even happier when I saw the prices was under $10, for an advent calendar we could add stickers to this year, and then put away and pull out again next year and for years to come.

More about this pop-up advent calendar:

"Count down to Christmas with this detail-rich interactive advent calendar featuring the dazzling art of Benjamin Chaud.

A spectacular white Christmas tree pops out of a festive holiday scene, ready to be adorned with 25 stickers. The final sticker features a sparkling, foil-stamped star, perfect for topping off the tree! Kids and their parents will delight in decorating the spirited scene in the days leading up to the 25th."

The playful and colorful art of Benjamin Chaud is on full display in this Christmas tree themed advent. And, like I mentioned, it comes with stickers under each of the 25 day flaps for kids to reveal and then apply to the pop up winter tree scene.  When I showed my girls this pop up calendar, they were all smiles, as they liked the whimsical animals, and liked the idea of revealing sticker ornaments each day and then adding to the tree. My girls are eagerly awaiting for December 1st to arrive, so that they can pull up the first day flap and see the sticker behind it, to add to the tree.  And, come December 25th, this pop up scene will be decked out in festive stickers my girls have placed on the tree, as they counted down until Christmas.

If you are looking for a non-candy or toy advent calendar for your kids this Christmas, why not consider the "It's a Very Merry Christmas" pop-up advent calendar with stickers included by Benjamin Chaud and Chronicle Books.  You can purchase directly through the Amazon link above, or through the Chronicle Books website here:
