Back to School Must Haves -- #3 A Great Family Calendar Like The Questioneers Family Calendar from Abrams Books (Review)

WOW, I just finished putting together my girls' schedules for the fall, and can't believe how much we will be out and about.  From homeschool sailing and art appreciation, to marine studies and histories of CT mill towns, the girls have 4 days of classes a week outside the house.  These aren't even including their extra curricular classes including art, Girl Scouts and Crossfit.  I don't remember being this busy as a kid, but I guess this is the norm for families nowadays.  With all these crazy schedules, you need to have a family calendar or planner hung on the wall, so that everyone -- kids and parents -- know what is on the agenda for each day.  When school is back in session, I have found that I need a calendar check the night before and each morning, so I know what we are doing each day, and where we are driving to.

Thanks to the folks at Abrams Books, they have a great wall calendar that is going to keep us organized this year.

Their The Questioneers Family Calendar runs is an August 2019 - December 2020 calendar, which will keep you organized this entire school year, and to start the following school year.

If your kids are fans of the bestselling Iggy Peck Architect, Rosie Revere Engineer and Ada Twist Scientist, then they will love this calendar as it features the characters of these books on each month of the calendar.  They even list famous birthdays at the top of each month's page, so kids can learn and celebrate these famous people in history.  We like to celebrate national day celebrations like French Fry and Popcorn Days, as well as see who in history like Thomas Edison and Galilie is born each month, and then study these people and see why they are well-known.

In addition to featuring famous birthdays, this STEM-focused calendar also includes anniversaries and notable dates of prominent members and events of the scientific community, from around the world. And, if that wasn't enough, this calendar also includes 80 stickers that you can use to mark important dates including field trip, science fair, birthday, vacation, etc.

Each two-page spread offers enough room to note all your kids' appointments and activities, as well as note birthdays, vacations, etc. for up to eight people.  This calendar is only $9.07 from Amazon, and is also available from abramsbooks.com, as well as other online retailers.  So, with school getting back in session, make sure you have a wall calendar, like The Questioneers Family Calendar to keep your family and all their activities, appointments, etc. in order, so you don't miss them, or stress out trying to remember what you had scheduled.  To learn more about this calendar head on over to www.abramsbooks.com.
