THE BEAUTIFULLY IMAGINED EPIC CONCLUSION SOARS TO NEW HEIGHTS IN THE DREAMWORKS ANIMATED ADVENTURE TRILOGY

FEATURING A NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN ALTERNATE OPENING & A FACEBOOK AND MESSENGER APP SPECIAL FEATURE THAT BRINGS TOOTHLESS AND LIGHT FURY TO LIFE IN-STORE + TWO EXCLUSIVE DRAGONS TO TRAIN

Have you been enjoying your long holiday weekend?  I know many people use this holiday to get a jump start to summer, while others use it to get their vacation homes and camp sites ready for upcoming summer fun.  With the craziness of life and wrapping up school with the girls for the year, we are just taking it easy this long weekend, enjoying quality time as a family at home, and traveling close to home for hikes and ice cream.  We have also been using this time to get a few more movies in, as we usually just do family movie nights on Friday, after a long work/school week. It is a great way to unwind, and spend time as a family together on the couch, while watching a great family-friendly movie.  But, thanks to the extra long weekend and the girls finally being done with school, we have added two more movie nights to this mix. :-)  Last night, we watched one of the movies that has been on the top of our "must see" watch list..."How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World," which arrived on Blu-Ray and DVD this past Tuesday, May 21, and on Digital back on April 30th.  We missed this movie in theaters, and have been waiting for it arrive on DVD so that we could see how the popular animated trilogies ends.  And, I have to say, the wait was worth it, as this movie was AMAZING!!!  Both of my girls loved it so much, that at the end of the movie, they were clapping, before turning to my husband and I, to ask when we could watch it again.  They were also quick to mention how this movie was the favorite of this Dreamworks Animation trilogy.

In addition to such an amazing movie, this new release also included a bonus alternative opening, as well as an hour of exclusive behind the scenes bonus content, deleted scenes, animated shorts, feature commentary and so much more.  We ended up spending the afternoon today watching all the bonus content, before sitting to watch the movie again.  It was too hot to be outside, so made for a great way to enjoy time together in a cool house, watching an amazing movie, that will have you at the edge of your seat from beginning to end.  I don't want to give too much away about the movie and how it ends, as I know others have been waiting to get their hands on the Blu-Ray or DVD and watch with their family.  What I will say, though, is that this was a great movie, and the perfect way to kick off summer.  I highly recommend this movie, as well as the previous How to Train Your Dragon movies.  But, there is a consensus in our house that this final movie is our favorite of them all.  I can't wait to hear what you and your family think of it, and if you like it the best, too!
