My girls loved the books, and were excited when I showed them this DVD, as they love when books make their way to DVDs or in a movie format. They love watching to see how closely the movie or show follows the books they read, and like comparing the two to see which was better, the book or the DVD.
At only 30 minutes, this DVD is perfect for kids of all ages, especially the younger audience, to sit and enjoy this DVD. I tried getting my girls to tell me their favorite part or parts of this DVD, but they kept saying they liked it all. We have only had this DVD for a couple days, but the girls have already watched it a handful of times at home, and in the car driving around this weekend.
