My Thoughts:
I had the opportunity to review Celebrate with Angelina with my daughters, and can't count how many times we have watched the 3-DVD set since receiving. You would think that the girls had never seen the episodes that make up these discs before, or that we didn't own the single DVD versions of each. :-) Each and every time I put these DVDs on for them, their eyes light up and they grab each others hands and dance and sway. At first, I thought Arabella was only watching the show because it was Savannah's favorite, but I can see that she really gets into it, and loves seeing Angelina and her friends dance around. Arabella reminds me of Polly, Angelina's little sister, as she looks up to Savannah and tries to copy everything she is doing. Even though she only began walking about a month and a half ago, she is already trying to spin around and hops in place (while holding onto something), as she sees how much fun Savannah has copying Angelina on screen.
Don't ask us to choose a favorite DVD from the 3-DVD set, as they are watched equally and loved by both my daughters. I love when HIT Entertainment and Lionsgate Home Entertainment offer bundle packages like this set, as it offers amazing shows like this, Thomas and Friends and Barney, at a reasonable price, while you get over 170 minutes of entertaining episodes for your children to enjoy. I ended up giving my single copy versions of the movies, which make up this set to my mother, to keep and have on hand when the girls visit. And, when we are not watching these fun episodes at home, Savannah is always asking to bring them along for car rides, so she and her little sister and tap their feet and bob their heads to the songs and dance. :-)
If you have an Angelina Ballerina fan in your house, why not surprise them with this new 3-DVD set for the holidays? They will be dancing for joy, as they watch their favorite prima ballerina reach for the stars and dance her heart out. :-)
