Out of all the DVDs sent, I have to say that Savannah was a fan of the WordWorld titles, as she is learning her ABC's and loves seeing all the letters from the alphabet that make up the characters.   Arabella, on the other hand, couldn't take her eyes of the television when I played Pet Party.  Savannah couldn't stop pointing to the animals and telling Arabella what they were and how they sounded.  It was so cute to watch the girls enjoy these fun and educational NCircle Entertainment titles.  I remember growing up how I enjoyed watching PBS and Disney programming with my brothers.  We formed a bond while watching these shows, and couldn't help but talk about how great the shows were. Even when we get together today, we reminisce about some of our favorite shows, and how they are still around today for our kids to enjoy. I am hoping that my daughters find watching educational programming like those offered from NCircle Entertainment not only entertaining, but hope they will spark their creative sides and make them want to tune in and learn more.  I can see Savannah is picking up the ABC's quicker, just by watching WordWorld episodes, as it helps introduces young children/readers to sounding out words, by recognizing letters and the sounds they represent.  When Savannah is not watching WordWorld on television, she is asking to watch her growing collection of WordWorld DVDs.  And, each and every time she watches these fun filled episodes, she learns new letters and their sounds.  Then, she spends the day sharing the new letters and their sounds with everyone.  You should see how proud she is as she tells us about letters like O and P (her favorites right now).

If you have young children at home who are fans of PBS Kids, Sprout and other NCircle Entertainment programming, including the ones I listed above, then you will want to bookmark their website for new releases, to pick up and enjoy with your children.  Last weekend we enjoyed Halloween-themed releases from NCircle Entertainment, which got us into the spirit of the holiday, and was a fun way to unwind after days full of hay rides, pumpkin picking and carving and jumping in the leaves.  I can't wait to see what is in store for the upcoming Christmas season.

Are you a fan of NCircle Entertainment?  If so, I would love to hear what your favorite shows are.  Let me know by leaving a comment below. And, if you picked up any of the above new releases, what did you think?  :-)
