My Thoughts:

You don't have to be a boy to like Thomas and Friends, Bob the Builder and Fireman Sam.  Savannah just loves each of these shows, and we make a point to watch them when they on television daily.  At times, these shows are repeats, but Savannah sits and enjoys them, as if she was watching them for the first time.  I was excited to share this new DVD with her last week.  We made a point to watch one of the six action filled episodes each day as part of our "Mommy and Me" time.  I loved watching Savannah get into the theme songs/introductions and dance around the room.  When Thomas would come on the screen, she kept pointing to him and saying, "Thomas," -- like I didn't know who he was.  I love watching her get excited about wholesome programming.  And, after watching these shows with her for the past year, I can see why they are family favorites across the board.  I especially love how each show includes female characters, which show girls like my daughter, that they can participate in male-centered activities, like carpentry and fighting fires.

If you have a Thomas and Friends, Fireman Sam or Bob the Builder fan in your house, then why not consider picking up this new release and adding it to their Easter basket?  Watch their eyes light up when they pull this DVD out, and ask you to watch it with them!

Disclosure:  I was sent a copy of this DVD from HIT Entertainment in order to write up an honest review.  The views above are mine and mine alone.
