Have you heard of Zevia soda? I would have said, “No” a month ago, too. But, recently I was sent a 6-pack of Zevia’s Grapefruit Citrus to sample and have to say this soda is really good. Did I mention it contains no sugar and has zero calories. Yes, you heard me right – no sugar or calories!!!!
Zevia soda comes in a variety of flavors, which include: Grape, Cola, Caffeine Free Cola, Ginger Ale, Mountain Zevia, Lemon Lime Twist, Cream Soda, Orange, Black Cherry, Dr. Zevia and Ginger Root Bear, along with the Grapefruit Citrus I tried. Since sampling the Grapefruit Citrus, I ended up picking up Zevia Cola, Ginger Ale, and Orange to have on hand this past Thanksgiving for guests. Most of my guests had never heard about or tasted Zevia products. They, too, were pleasantly surprised at how good Zevia sodas tasted. Out of the three flavors I picked up, I have to say the crowd favorite was Zevia Cola. This was the soda that tasted the most like Coca Cola soda. I have to agree with those who sampled this flavor, that it really does taste good. And, the best part about this soda is that it is all-natural and has zero calories and sugar added. You would think with zero calories and no sugar added that it wouldn’t taste good – but, it really does!! I have since become a Zevia Cola fan, and have been purchasing this soda over Coca Cola. Even some of my family has switched to the Zevia brand after sampling their soda at my house.
If you love soda, but don’t like the added sugars and calories, don’t despair. Pick up a can of Zevia today to get your soda fix. Now, I don’t feel bad when I go and grab a can of soda out of the fridge, as I know it contains all-natural ingredients, and no sugar. This is a great product for those with weight issues, diabetes or are pregnant. I wish I had found out about this product sooner because it was so hard to give up soda during my recent pregnancy. Again, even though this soda contains no sugars, it doesn’t lack in the flavor department. It truly does taste great!
