Holiday Ornament Charms from Lenox–Get Them Before They Sell Out

 

The Lenox Snowflake Charm, crafted of silver-plated metal, is 2 1/2" high and includes a red ribbon for hanging. The charm also makes a clever decoration for a wrapped gift, and a cute stocking stuffer, too.

My Thoughts:

What a beautiful ornament this Lenox Snowflake charm is.  For the past 10+ years, my mother has been buying my two brothers and I a Lenox ornament each Christmas, so that we can begin an ornament collection to share with our children.  I remember the first ornament she gave me when my now-husband and I moved into our first apartment together.  It was a white, ceramic snowman.  Since, then, she finished off the ceramic ornament collection and began giving us metal ornaments from Lenox.  I am amazed each year at how beautiful the Lenox ornaments are.  And, with each new ornament addition to our tree, it makes it more beautiful. I continually have friends ask about the ornaments when they come to visit, and those who know about our tradition of receiving a Lenox ornament from my mother, always ask each year which ornament she gave us. 

I can’t wait until my daughters are older and I can share this beautiful collection of Lenox ornaments with them when they get places of their own. 

So, when I was sent the Lenox Snowflake Charm, I knew the person to show it to first – my mother.  She thought it was beautiful and hadn’t seen it in the stores yet.  Then, this past weekend, she left me know that she found them online at the Lenox website for only $5,95 (marked down from $12.00),and ordered a handful to attach to gifts this season for colleagues and close friends.  What a great idea!  Not only with these people receive a lovely gift, but they will also get to enjoy this Lenox Charm, which can be hung from the tree or displayed in a window. 

And, this year, my mother has picked each of us up the Angel Charm seen below, to add to our Lenox ornament collection.
