Cerra Be Aware, Act, Reflect™ Program!

I was excited when I found out that I was selected to take part in the She Speaks: Cerra Be Aware, Act, Reflect™, where I would have to set aside some "me-time" to try out the fabulous products/samples that Cerra™ Community was sending my way.  So, last week after receiving two packages from the Cerra™ experience, I began to set aside a minimum of 30 minutes each evening to experience all there is about the Cerra™ experience!

Just look at the goodies I was sent:

The exclusive program kit included:
  • Three Tea Bags in Grounded, Creative Energy and Gratitude varieties
  • Creative Energy Sensory Oil
  • Dissolving Notes and Pen
  • Sample Sized Lotion
  • Gratitude Keepsake Notes
  • Cerra™ calling cards you may share with friends and family
  • An informative Cerra™ Booklet and Journal

The blogger products included:
  • Sensory Oil set
  • Journal

So, after familiarizing myself with the Cerra™ Community -- I signed up as a member and receive emails with tips and reminders to "Be Aware ~ Act ~ Reflect™"  You may think it is funny that you would need little reminders like this, but being a mom, entrepreneur and blogger, time goes by so fast and sometimes you forget to breath and take that much needed "me-time."  Through this campaign, I have made modifications in my daily schedule and make sure that I take "me-time."  This may include sitting quietly, without baby, sipping on a cup of tea, writing in my journal (thanks Cerra™ Community), listening to soft music, or experiencing the sensory oils that were included in my kit.  With a toddler and another baby due in November, I really need to have "me time" in order to recharge my batteries and get ready for a busy next couples of months (or years, as people have been telling me).  So, being chosen to participate in this campaign didn't come at a better time.

Since I began my new "me-time" routine last week, I have seen an increased energy level and little things like spilt formula or a room full of messy toys don't bother me as much as they did.  With recharged batteries, I can take on daily tasks and still find time to unwind and relax.

The best part of this experience was learning the seven intentions and applying them to my personal life for further personal growth through daily rituals. If you are looking to slow down in life and really take charge of your personal growth, then why not head over to the Cerra™ Community and begin your personal transformation today.  Do it for yourself -- you deserve it!

Disclosure:  I was selected as part of the She Speaks Cerra Campaign and was sent a kit of goodies to review and write about.  The views above are mine and mine alone.
