Ok. You will probably think I am crazy talking about Sand Gone in the dead of winter. If you are like me, I am looking out my window at 2 feet plus of snow, with no sandbox or beach day in sight. But, a girl can only dream!
I was given the opportunity to try out Sand Gone, and I have to say, I have a new item I will be adding to the beach bag, along with sunglasses and sun block this summer. And, to help me test out the product, they graciously enclosed a packet of beach sand. Ahh, while trying out the product, I was daydreaming of warmer weather and walking along the beaches in Westerly, RI. But, that dream quickly faded, as I heard the ice and snow fall from the roof – and, in an instant, I was brought back to reality.
So, what is Sand Gone? It is a dry body powder, that when applied to sandy parts of your body, it removes the sand instantly, leaving your skin soft and smooth, and smelly like coconut. This is a must have item for moms whose children frequent the sand box or playground, and beachgoers alike. The powder is both non-toxic and non-talc. And, in addition to removing sand from your body, it also gets rid of the salt, after a long day at the beach.
Sand Gone comes in an 8 oz container with a powder puff for easy application. Enclosed in the jar is a soft and durable microfiber applicator, with a strap that secures to your hand for easy application, which can be thrown into the washer and dryer to be cleaned.
Even though summer is months away, there is no reason you can’t pick up Sand Gone now, and have it ready. Who knows, maybe you will plan a winter getaway to a much warmer climate, and can try Sand Gone out for yourself. You will fall in love with it like I have.
