Wow, this year is just flying by...47 more days until Christmas.  Where has the time gone?  I, for one am looking forward to the holidays and spending time with family and friends together for holiday parties and dinners.  Due to COVID that wasn't possible the past couple of year, but this year, as the number of cases continue to go down, we will play it safe when we gather, so that we can enjoy quality time together. In addition to gathering with friends and family for the holidays, I also looking to return back to attending holiday shows and events in and around New England.  My girls are getting older and I want to make the most of family time before they head off to college.  So, this year, as we look to welcome in the holidays, we will be heading into Boston the end of this month to take in the "'Twas the Night Before..." by Cirque du Soleil" production, which kicks off on November 25th, and runs through December 11th (25 shows in total).  When I told the girls the news this AM, they both smiled, as they love Cirque du Soleil shows, and especially anything that gets you into the holiday spirit more. This is the first year the girls go from writing letters to Santa to now being Santa's helpers, so I am trying to find a few fun and magical things to do with them to keep the Christmas spirit alive, even if they know the truth about Santa.  I, for one, still believe, and hope that shows likes this one from Cirque du Soleil, will have them believing, too!
