INCLUDES ORIGINAL MUSICAL PERFORMANCES NOT SEEN IN THEATERS, AN ALTERNATE OPENING AND ENDING, GAG REEL, LOADS OF DELETED SCENES AND MORE

My husband and I watched a great movie this part Friday as part of our in-home date night.  The movie I selected was Yesterday, and it arrives on Blu-Ray, DVD 4K Ultra HD this upcoming Tuesday.  If you can't wait until Tuesday, you can purchase it on digital (released to this format on 9/10).  This was yet another movie I hoped to see on the big screen when it was in theaters, but with kids and life, we missed it for one reason or another.  So, it was added to my "Must See Movies for 2019" list that I have going.

I have always been an old soul, and grew up listening to the Beatles, Frank Sinatra, Elvis, etc., and watching all the classic black and white movies.  So, when I saw the trailer for Yesterday last year, I was all excited to see it, as it is all about the Beatles and their amazing music.  What I loved about this movie is that the main character is a relatively unknown actor, but when you see him this the role of Jack, you find yourself saying he was perfect for the part.  Both my husband and I found ourselves laughing and smiling all throughout the movie, and tapping our feet, and either singing or humming along to the music.

This comedy will not only make you laugh, but it is also heartwarming as you watch Jack find the love of his life, while on this crazy journey.  Music, dreams, friendship and a love story make up this one of a kind movie, that is a must see for music lovers (both fans of the Beatles and not).  If you love rock-n-roll music, you will love Yesterday. And, be sure to sit and watch all the great bonus features that make up the Blu-Ray and DVD releases.    You will get to see alternative endings, deleted scenes, more Beatles music performed by Himesh Patel, and so much more.  Fans of Ed Sheeran will love the "From Stadium to Screen" featurette, too!

I could go on and on about how great the movie Yesterday is, but if you were lucky enough to see it in theaters, then you know just how good the movie is, and have probably been waiting for it to arrive on Blu-ray or DVD to own and watch time and time again.  Or, if you are like me and have been counting down the days for its release to Blu-Ray and DVD, the wait is almost over. :-)  Be sure you get your hand on this new release when it arrives in stores on Tuesday.  And, be sure to read on to learn how you can enter for a chance to win a copy of Yesterday on Blu-Ray, thanks to the folks at Universal Pictures Home Entertainment.

As he rockets to fame by passing off the Fab Four’s songs as his own, Jack risks losing Ellie (Lily James; Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, Cinderella) – the one person who has loved him and believed in him from the start. Kate McKinnon and Ed Sheeran also star in this romantic rock ‘n’ roll comedy from Academy Award®-winning director Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire, Trainspotting, 28 Days Later) and Academy Award®-nominated screenwriter Richard Curtis (Four Weddings and a Funeral, Love Actually).
