I was so excited when I heard last month that Warner Bros. Home Entertainment announced that they were releasing the complete fourth season of SUPERGIRL to Blu-Ray and DVD. In addition to releasing all 22 full length episodes, there was going to be a lot of great bonus content including three episodes of the DC Crossover Event: Elseworlds, which is only available with the SUPERGIRL: THE COMPLETE FOURTH SEASON Blu-Ray™ Set. The three Elseworlds episodes alone had me sold on buying the Blu-Ray version, which also includes a digital code to watch anywhere.
I have been a fan of the SUPERGIRL series since it began airing. I loved Melissa Benoist when she was on GLEE, and was so excited to learn that she would play the lead character, SUPERGIRL in this television series. And, after watching the first episode I was hooked, and so was my husband. :-) Even though I have already seen all 22 episodes of the SUPERGIRL fourth season, I wanted to add this Blu-Ray set to my growing SUPERGIRL season sets, as I love to watch my favorite shows, including this one, over and over again. Yes, this show and others offer episodes streaming on different services, but I love having a complete DVD or Blu-Ray set to reach for. And, the addition of gag reels, featurettes and commentaries, add to the excitement and fun of watching the different SUPERGIRL seasons time and time again.
I don't know about you, but I loved the fourth season of SUPERGIRL. Next to the first season, this has to be my next favorite season, with all the new enemies and allies. It was hard to wait until the following week to see what happened next. But, now with the complete fourth season out on Blu-Ray and DVD today, fans of the show can binge watch all 22 full-length episodes, or just watch their favorites, if you can narrow it down. I received a screener copy of this new release a couple days ago, and have been enjoying watch the different episodes, as well as taking in all the great bonus content. I liked all the deleted scenes, adn the Inside the Crossover: Elseworlds content. If you are a SUPERGIRL fan, this is a must own Blu-ray/DVD to own.

I've just recently heard about The Super Girl character! Kind of reminds me of Superman and is a good movie for the whole family!
