I have been really liking the new children's books I have been sent recently from Sterling Children's Books, as they really have an importance message/lesson for kids, and tell in a way that it is easy to understand and pick up on, even with the youngest of listeners.
In this new picture book by Shelly Becker, kids learn about managing their emotions and overcoming adversity in a humorous way. One things that both girls and boy like nowadays are superheroes, so this book will be a hit with kids of all ages. And, once you sit down and start reading it with your child, they can't help but laugh at the story and the illustrations that bring the story to life.
My girls and I have read this book a handful of times since receiving last week, and each and every time, we walk away with watery eyes, as we can't stop laughing at the story. I highly recommend this book, and will definitely be keeping this author, who is knew to us, on our radar, so that I can pick up future titles to share with my girls.
