The Ultimate Game of Laser Tag Just Got More Fun with the Addition of Micro Blasters from Laser X -- Review and #Giveaway

Disclosure:  I was sent a sample from the vendor in exchange for an honest review.  All views shared are mine and mine alone.

This past Christmas, I introduced Laser X and their line of indoor/outdoor laser tag products.  My girls had the opportunity to try out their popular Laser X Original Blaster Set, along with their Gaming Tower.  Five months later and my girls are still playing with their Laser X Blaster Set.  Depending on the weather, the girls will play laser tag indoors or outside.  I love seeing them get into the game, and usually when they are done, they have burnt off a lot of piped up energy and are ready to crash for the day.  After they put away their Laser X guns and receivers, I will usually find them laying on the couch and talking about how much fun they had and who won the most laser tags game.

Do your kids love laser tag? Prior to receiving the Original Laser X at Christmas, my girls were always asking if they could go to an indoor entertainment center and play laser tag.  They had seen commercials on television and heard older friends and cousins talking about how much fun laser tag was, but they never had a chance to try it out for themselves.  For Bella's 6th birthday in the fall, we took the girls up north to visit with family and thought we would surprise with a game of laser tag at an indoor amusement center.  Shortly after entering the laser tag room, the girls came back out.  There were too many big kids in the room and they were being pushed around, and not having fun.  I told the girls I would look for a laser tag product that they could use at home, that would make the game of laser tag that much more fun and easier to play together and with their friends.  Before I could do a search I was contacted to review Laser X and jumped at the opportunity.

I raved about the Original Laser X product and now I am back to share a new addition to the popular Laser X gear line....Micro Blasters.

Just like the name implies, this new laser blaster system is smaller, making it the perfect size for kids to throw in their backpacks to bring to a friends house or for a sleepover.

Geared towards children ages 6+

More about the new Micro Blaster from Laser X:

"Like other Laser X gear, Micro Blasters feature state-of-the-art lighting and sound effects that bring the excitement of a laser tag arena right to your own backyard. Strap a receiver onto your upper arm, and blast opponents up to 100 feet away. Reloading is easier than ever; Just press and hold the trigger.

All Laser X sets work together, so games can have as few as two players – or the whole neighborhood can play together.  Advanced sensors in the Laser X blaster know when players are blasting, being hit, running or hiding.  An interactive "coach" uses this information to give players tips and tricks throughout the game.

The new 5-inch Laser X Micro Blasters fit easily into bags and backpacks and are great for games on-the-go! Laser X Micro Blasters may be small, but they deliver big fun. Just strap on a receiver and blast opponents up to 100 feet away!

---

We received the Laser X Micro Blasters last week to try out and the girls were so excited when they saw me take it out of the box.

They loved the smaller size and said they fit perfectly in their hands.  And, unlike the the Original Blaster which had them wearing a receiver on their chest, the new Micro Blasters have you placing the receivers on your upper arm, which my girls really liked.

Who doesn't indoor laser tag in the dark? :-)

It has been a heat waver over here.  My girls have been itching for the warmer weather, but now that it is here, they need us to put the AC's in the window to cool off, or just want to stay in where it is cooler.  So, the Laser X Micro Blasters have been keeping them busy during the day when they want to run around the house and play.  But, as night approaches and the temperatures cool down, the girls are quick to grab their Laser X Micro Blasters and run outside for quick game of night-time laser tag, before they come back inside for in-the-dark laser tag. :-)

I could go on and on about how much fun my girls have been having with the new Laser X Micro Blasters, but instead I will let you and your family find out just how much fun this new laser tag set really is.

Once you try it out, you will not want to put down the micro blasters.  My husband and I have been playing with the girls and love how this laser tag set can be paired with our other Laser X sets, so that more people can join and enjoy a fun game of laser tag, indoors or outside.

Or, if the girls just want to have fun on their, they can play against each other, and stay busy for hours.
