Features All 10 Action-Packed Episodes as the Ninja Return to Defeat the Evil Genie

Ever since returning back from the last LEGOFEST in Hartford, my girls can't get enough of all things LEGO.  Not a day goes by that they don't grab their bin of loose LEGO pieces and create something, or ask to go to the store to buy a new LEGO kit to build.  So, when I heard the folks at Warner Bros. Home Entertainment were releasing LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinkitzu on DVD, I couldn't wait to share this DVD with the girls.

Last week I took the girls to see the The Lego Batman Movie. They are now into superheroes and asked to see this after seeing the trailer on TV.  They have seen a few other LEGO movies and episodes in the past, but at that time weren't huge into LEGO, so they didn't keep their attention.  But, now they love all things LEGO and want to see them again.  So, I knew that this new DVD release would be a hit, after coming home from seeing the Lego Batman Movie and talking everyone's ear off. :-)

So, last night as part of our family movie night, we had a double feature.  We started with a princess movie and finished with a few episodes from the new LEGO NINJAGO: Masters of Spinjitzu: Skybound release. This DVD, which contains 10 action packed full length episodes, was a hit with the girls.  Instead of wanting to dress up as princesses after the movies, they were practicing their ninja moves in the living room.  The 2 DVD set icnludes 3 hours of LEGO NINJAGO fun.  We have only gotten through the first 3 of the 5 episodes on Disc 1, and plan to finish up this DVD over the weekend. Then, next week, we will watch Disc 2, which has another 5 full-length episodes.  This is one DVD my girls were excited to get in the mail.  They woke this AM at 7AM asking if they could pick up where they left off last night and watch more LEGO NINJAGO. :-)

If you have a LEGO fan in your life, then you will want to check out the new LEGO NINJAGO: Masters of Spinjitzu: Skybound 2-DVD set, now available from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.  And, with Easter right around the corner, this new release along with a LEGO kit or two would make for a great non-candy Easter basket filler.
