I Had a Blast Celebrating National Mom’s Nite Out with My Girlfriends This Year #NMNO15

Disclosure:  I was sent a DVD copy of this movie along with goodies from various sponsors as part of the Mom's Nite Out Mom Select In House Party program.  All views shared are mine and mine alone.

I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day.  I sure did, starting with a fun girls night in get together that I hosted at my house and invited 10 of girlfriends to.  In addition to enjoying great conversation, (hot) food, a little pampering and wine, we also got to watch the oh so fun movie, "Moms' Night Out" which stars Trace Adkins, Sarah Drew, Patricia Heaton and Sean Astin, just to name a few.  You may recall my reviewing this movie last Mother's Day, and how I enjoyed it and recommended.  Well, when I was asked to host a Mom's Nite Out party for my girlfriends and I, to watch this movie and enjoy other goodies sent, I jumped at the opportunity.

When this movie first released in theaters last Mother's Day, I went with my best friend to see it, as part of a fun and rare Mom's Night Out.  We had so much fun, and couldn't wait for the movie to arrive on DVD so that we could pick up and watch again. After seeing this hilarious movie that all moms can relate to, we both agreed that it would be fun to have a girls night in gathering right around Mother's Day each year where we would watch this movie, enjoy a hot meal and great conversation.  So, when this movie arrived on DVD last fall (in Sept.), I picked it up, so that I could start the tradition when Mother's Day rolled around again this year..  And, this year was much more fun as I had 10 of my girlfriends over, a party bag to send them home with, and snacks and goodies to enjoy during the party, thanks to sponsors including Bicycle, MyPrintly.com and Sunkist.

If you missed my previous review of this movie, or are wondering what it is all about, you can read my review of the DVD here: http://www.inspiredbysavannah.com/2014/09/moms-night-out-starring-patricia-heaton.html.  Even though Mother's Day has come and gone, you can still pick up this laugh out loud movie to enjoy during an upcoming at home date night or it will give you an excuse to get the girls together for a girls night in.  My girlfriends and I had so much fun celebrating motherhood and our friendship, and the party was a perfect segway into a fun filled Mother's Day weekend with my family.
