My Thoughts:

Usually I wait until the weekend to watch movies I am reviewing. But, my niece and nephew have been asking for a good movie that is more their age to watch, and when they saw this movie arrive in the mail today, they said, "This is the one."  So, after the girls finally went down for a mid-morning nap today, I put this DVD on to watch with my 7 yr. old and 9 yr. old nephew and niece.

Fans of the popular Clue board game with love this movie, as will fans of mystery adventures.  At first I thought my niece and nephew were a little too young for the movie, but it was perfect for them, as it contained a group of youth sleuths, and not a group of adults, which I have seen in other Clue type movies.  From the time the movie started, they were watching intently, trying to figure out "Who Done It?"  I loved watching them turn to one another talking about the clues, the suspects and trying to figure out who mystery.

After the movie was over, the kids were in youth sleuth mode.  As the girls slept, they put together clues for my girls to solve when they got up.  Even though they only hid a toy, the clues and fun activities they set up for the girls made for a fun game to play after they woke up.  :-)

This is one movie that families can enjoy together, would make for a great slumber party or summer sleepover movie, or even for a rainy day.  And, kids will love watching it over and over again, trying to pick up on little details from clues they may have missed before.  My niece and nephew are already asking when we will be watching it again. :-)
