My Thoughts:

A few years ago while tuning into the Ellen show, I along with millions of at-home viewers were introduced to two spunky cousins, Sophia Grace and Rosie, who had sent in a video showcasing their rendition of a Nicki Minaj song. Ever since their appearance, Ellen has invited the girls back time and time again.  And, each and every time, they steal the show, and put a smile on your face.

So, it was only a matter of time before these two girls would get their own movie.  And, on May 20th, you and your family can watch the debut of the girls' new feature length film, "Sophia Grace and Rosie's Royal Adventure."  As shown in the movie trailer above, Ellen sends the girls to Switzelvania to cover the coronation of a new queen. The two cousins end up lending their hand with Abigail, the outcast of the three potential queens.  They turn this rough around the edges princess into a beautiful princess, who is fit to be queen -- that is, if others don't stand in her way, which is the case.

The storyline, even though predictable, moves on well, and keeps young viewers attentions.  Note, this is a rated G movie, so it is mainly for younger crowds.  But, older children and adults can't help but love the wit and spunk of these two cousins, and their dance and rapping skills will make you sit up and take notice.

Both of my girls couldn't get enough of Sophia Grace and Rosie, and have since watched this upcoming release a few more times, in case they missed anything the first time or two. :-)  And, I have to say, being a fan of these two little girls from the Ellen show, I, too, found myself enjoying this cute family friendly movie, which reminded me of a younger variation of the popular "Princess Diaries."

If you have little girls who love dressing up as princesses, or want to share a fun family friendly movie with your kids come movie night, why not pick up this new release, when it arrives in stores on May 20th?  And, don't forget to check out the bonus features, which features bloopers and outtakes that will have you in stitches.
