My Thoughts:
Savannah became of Lalaloopsy last year for her birthday when a family friend game her a few of the toys and playset. Ever since then, whenever a Lalaoopsy DVD was available from Lionsgate Home Entertainment, she would quickly offer up her help in reviewing it. So, when she saw this DVD arrive in the mail last week, she was right by my side telling me that after sister went to bed, she was free to help me review it. :-)
Thanks to my sharing my pony collection with Savannah last year, she has been hooked on all things pony. It doesn't matter if is a toy, clothing, movie, etc...if it has ponies in it, she wants it. And, this new release is filled with ponies, who become pen pals of the Lalaloopsy friends. Just watch the trailer above and you will see how cute this movie is. The movie is all about friendship and teamwork, and will have fans of this sew-cute brand hooked from the start of the movie, right until the credits stop rolling.
With Easter right around the corner, why not skip the candy and buy a few Lalaloopy dolls and this DVD to surprise your child with. I know my girls, if they didn't already own this DVD, would love seeing the DVD and Lalaloopsy toys on Easter morning.
Don't forget to watch the bonus features. My girls love dancing and singing along to the sing-along video. But, be warned, it is catchy and you will probably find yourself singing it, too. :-)
