My Thoughts:

You know you are getting old and/or a parent when you sit down with your kids to watch a family friendly film, and get happy to see the adult actors you remember from your childhood in the film.  In this film, which follows a realtor who is given an unlikely community service assignment -- help a struggling Girl Scout troop with the annual regional cookie drive competition.  Together

This film also includes Jessalyn Gilsig, who played Will Schuester's ex-wife on Glee.  It was nice to see her again in this heartwarming movie, as Julie, the realtor who needs to take a step back and reassess her priorities, as she realizes, with the help of the Girl Scout troop she is asked to help, that there is more important things in life than money and the bottom line.  Along the way, as she grows as a person, she helps teach the young girls about a sense of pride, self-esteem and friendship.

Will they win the regional cookie drive competition?  You will have to pick up a copy of this DVD to find out. :-)  This Hallmark movie will have you reaching for tissues, as you laugh, cry and cheer on the girls Troop 114, Fireflies, whose co-captain, Daisy (Bailee Madison) will melt your heart. She is just so gosh darn cute. :-)
