My Thoughts:

Do you enjoy those dancing shows on television? If so, you will love Strictly Ballroom, a romantic comedy, which is now available on Blu-ray.  I remember watching this movie when it released on DVD a while back, and fell in love with not only the soundtrack, but also the dancing.  I don't know about you, but every time I see dancing movies, or dancing shows on television, I am amazed at how effortless the dancers make it look.  I, however, have two left feet, and will not be taking to the ballroom floor anytime soon.  But, I will be watching this new release again.  It is a great date night flick, movie to watch with your girlfriends, or as a way to unwind after a crazy day with the kids.  Even though I was putting my feet up to watch this movie, I found myself tapping along to the beat of the songs. :-)

And, make sure you give yourself time to watch the bonus features, which include:

"Strictly Ballroom: From Stage To Screen" featurette
"Samba to Slow Fox Dance" featurette
Deleted Scene
Design Gallery with Narration
Audio Commentary with Director Baz Luhrmann, Production Designer Catherine Martin and Choreographer John "Cha Cha" O'Connell

The dance featurette were my favorite, along with the audio commentary of director, Baz Luhrmann.
