Win Cottonelle Products For a Year with the Cottonelle Cares "Name It" Contest + Enter My Giveaway

Can you believe that Thanksgiving is only 15 days away?  I swear the weeks are just flying by.  Is it because I am busy raising two young children, who keep me busy and forgetful of the time/days? :-)  Either way, I have begun planning my annual Thanksgiving dinner, in which I have my parents over.

When they come for Thanksgiving, they end up coming for a few days to visit.  After the meal was over, my mother and I would go through the Black Friday sale flyers and make our game plan on which stores to hit first, or where to shop online for the best deals/steals.  But, now that I have children of my own, my rituals have changed a bit.  Instead of shopping and buying for an extravagant meal, I splurge and have our meal catered by a local inn (this is usually my birthday gift each year).  Even the meal is catered, my mother and I still gather in the kitchen and prepare a handful of our favorite sides and desserts, like my Nana's bread stuffing, homemade cranberry relish and butternut squash with brown sugar and butter.  Mmm, I am getting hungry just thinking about it.

Prior to my parents arrival, I make sure to get the guest room and bathroom ready for them.  Before I would surprise them with fun greeting cards and toiletries.  But, since welcoming our daughters in 2010 and 2011, I have switched things up and now leave out photo albums of the past few months for them to look at in their room.  And, in the bathroom, I leave photos and handmade decor from the girls. Last year, I had Savannah draw on white tiles, which I used as coasters for their cups and soaps.  You should have seen their faces when they saw this easy DIY craft.  I will be keeping these tiles Savannah made last year, but will be adding a few new ones to include Arabella's scribbling. :-)

I also make a point to stock the guest bath with Cottonelle products, as I grew up using their toilet paper, and continue to buy for my own home today.  Cottonelle never disappoints when they come out with new products, including their Cottonelle Ultra toilet paper and Fresh Care products. It is one thing to introduce a new product to the market.  It is another to have a catchy name for it, so it stands out among the competitors.
