My Thoughts:

My husband turned me onto this popular animated series on Fox.  Now in its 13th season, Family Guy, created by Seth MacFarlane (of the recent blockbuster hit, Ted) is continuing to entertain teens and adults with this laugh out loud animated series. It is hard for me to choose a favorite character, as I enjoy Stewie and Brian equally.  But, my husband is a Peter fan.  Whichever character you choose, you are sure to tune in week after week to see what shenanigans they all get into.

In the recent release, Family Guy: Volume 10, this 3-disc set contains the following fourteen popular episodes:

Disk 1:
Halloween on Spooner Street
Baby, You Knock Me Out
Brian Writes a Bestseller
Road to the North Pole
New Kidney in Town

Disk 2:
And I'm Joyce Kinney
Friends of Peter G
German Guy
That Hand That Rocks the Wheelchair
Trading Places

Disk 3:
Tiegs for Two
Brothers and Sisters
The Big Bang Theory
Foreign Affairs

Out of all the episodes, I have to say the one I find myself watching over and over again is Brian Writes a Bestseller.  In this episode you get to learn more about Brian, the talking dog, and see how intelligent he really is.  And, just in time for Halloween, the Halloween on Spooner Street episode is full of laughs.  Overall, this is a great compilation of fan favorite episodes, and worthy of being included in this new 3-disc set.

Make sure that when you are done watching and re-watching the above 14 episodes that you spend time with the bonus features.  I loved the deleted scenes, along with the Adam West Star Ceremony.  If you or someone you know is a huge Family Guy fan, then why not consider adding this new release to your/their collection?

Disclosure: I was sent a copy of this DVD from the vendor in order to write up an honest review. The views above are mine and mine alone.
