My Thoughts:

Savannah is a huge Thomas & Friends fan.  Not only do we take her each year to the Day Out with Thomas, but, she has a collection of books, toys and DVDs.  Not a day goes by without her pulling out a Thomas & Friends toy or movie, or having her run around the house saying "Choo Choo."  So, when I surprised her last week with this upcoming release to watch, you can only imagine how excited she got.

She asked her Daddy to watch it with her, which I thought was cute.  Even though my husband is not a fan of this popular animated series, he cuddled up with her on the couch, as she clutched to her favorite wooden train toys, and they watched the movie this past weekend.  What a great way to spend "Daddy and Me" time together.

It was cute to watch them both getting into the movie, as they tried to figure out who the mystery small engine was.  I will not spoil it by telling you who it was and if Thomas and his friends were able to save their new friend.  All I will say is that this movie will be enjoyed by all, both young and old.

So, if you have a Thomas & Friends fan in your house, this is a must have DVD to add to their collection.  And, once you pick up this new release, make sure you take time to watch the bonus features, which include music videos, and game and featurette about standard and narrow gauge engines (great for train buffs and little ones who love learning about trains, in an easy to understand format)
Disclosure:  I was sent a copy of this DVD in order to write up an honest review.  The views above are mine and mine alone.
