My Thoughts:

I received a copy of this DVD two days ago, but have already watched it a handful of times with Savannah.  I thought that she was moving away from Angelina Ballerina, as she wasn't watching it as often (before she would watch a DVD 1-2 days a day, if we let her).  But, as soon as she saw me take the DVD out the package, she went crazy dancing around the kitchen.  Then, she grabbed my hand, and brought me over to the television, requesting that I put the movie on for her.  I ended up watching the movie with her, as her little sister napped.

In the past, the Angelina Ballerina DVDs I was sent for review, contained 3-4 episodes from this hit animated series.  But, this DVD was different, as it contained a full-length movie.  Savannah and I both enjoyed the film as it did flashbacks from some of my daughter's favorite episodes.  As soon as a song and dance number came on, Savannah hopped off the couch and began to dance around.  And, when she heard the audience clap at different parts in the movie, she, too, would like. :-)

You would think that with all the dancing she was doing while watching this film, that she would be tired and want to take a nap afterwards.  No luck -- she just wanted to see it again. We ended up checking out the bonus feature, which was a song and dance game (can also be found in retail stores in board game format).  Savannah had a blast with this special feature, which taught her ballet moves, and contained some of the popular hit songs from the show.

This DVD is a must have for any Angelina Ballerina fan.  I'll have to pick up another copy soon, as the rate we are going at viewing daily, she may wear it out sooner than later. :-)
