My Thoughts:
This is one of Savannah's favorite lift-flap books. Since we welcomed in spring a couple of weeks ago, I have made a point to pull this book out and read it to Savannah and Arabella, at least weekly. I want to get them excited about spring, and what this season brings -- butterflies, flowers, birds chirping, etc. Savannah loves being Mommy's little helper, by lifting each flap to exposure the wonders of the season. And, I love that it is a sturdy board book, as it has withheld teething and constant pulling up and down of the flaps, and still remains intact.
I have always been a fan of Karen Katz's books for children, and this is just another book I can add to my girls' collection. If you are looking for a fun book to share with your little ones about spring, why not pick up this lift-the-flap book by Karen Katz? Reading is a great way to bond and spend time with your little ones, and this book with surely become a family favorite!
