Summary:
Camembert Academy is holding its annual talent show, and Angelina is determined to win the glittery, sparkly Shining Star trophy! Problem is, she's been so busy helping her friends perfect their pieces, she hasn't had time to rehearse her own. In the end, she performs the thing she knows best-ballet-and wows the judges! My Thoughts:
My daughter, Savannah, is a huge fan of Angelina Ballerina. So, as soon as she saw she received this book in the mail for review, she wanted me to read it to her. We sat down on the couch and together read this cute and easy-to-read book. My daughter enjoyed turning the pages and pointing to Angelina and Alice, as I read the story and described things that were beautifully illustrated on each page. Also included in this soft-covered storybook are stickers and a Shining Star Certificate.
With the holidays right around the corner, this book would make for a great stocking stuffer gift, as as part of an Angelina Ballerina gift set you create for your little ballerina. My daughter can’t get enough of Angelina and this book is a great addition to her ever-growing Angelina Ballerina collection. If your child loved the DVD of this book, then they will enjoy this soft-cover book as a bedtime read with you. What a great way to bound with your little ballerina at bedtime or during reading time together. I especially love finding a great book and sharing it with my daughter, and was happy to receive this book to share with her. It has already become a family favorite and has been read numerous time – we can’t get enough Angelina Ballerina!!!!
