My Review:

What a cute book to get children excited about exercising and getting and staying physically fit.  As a health educator, it was hard to find books like this for children. I would have schools or community agencies call and ask if there were books and videos that got children excited about fitness -- but, either the items we had on hand were out-dated or corny.  I would have loved to have shared this book with educators.

I just loved the illustrations in this book.  They are whimsical and catch a child's attention.  The text is written in an easy-to-read and understand fashion, which makes children want to read and try out the different exercises.

If you are looking for a way to get your child off the couch or away from the computer this summer, why not pick up Wallie Exercises today.  You can't help but fall in love with Wallie and want to get up and exercise.  What a great tool for families to get moving!
