Disclosure: I was sent samples from the publishing in order to write up an honest review. All views shared are mine and mine alone.

A couple months ago I was looking for new children's book publishers and publishing companies who carry children's books to feature in my "Welcome in Fall with a Good Book" feature, as well as my upcoming holiday gift guide. My search led me to stumble upon Quarto Knows, and I instantly fell in love with their books, especially their children's selections, as most are educational based and perfect for a homeschooling family like mine.

Never heard of Quarto Knows?  Here is a little more about this publishing company...

"Quarto Knows is the home of The Quarto Group and all its imprints. You'll find books for enthusiasts spanning topics such as cooking, crafts, automotive, military history, design, pets, health and beauty, fitness, and much more. Visit us at http://www.quartoknows.com!"

So, as you can see they carry more than just children's books, making them a one-stop shop for all your families book needs, especially if you are family who seeks out books that inspire, educate and entertain.

And, right now Quarto Knows is having an amazing Thanksgiving sale on their books.  You can save 35% off each book by entering promo code TURKEY16 at checkout.  I wanted to share a selection of educational books I was recently sent from the publisher, that would make for great holiday gift ideas.  While I know Santa brings toys to most children, I grew up in a home where education is important and Santa would always bring me a sampling of books to enjoy when the toys going boring. :-)  Even on birthdays and special occasions, books popped up alongside toys, and I didn't mind as I loved to learn new things.  And, now that I have a family of my own, which I homeschool, I am always looking for great books like the ones below that make learning a new topic/subject fun.
