I have been raving for years about how great Dancing Deer Baking Co. is, and how I love their holiday and seasonal gift selections.  So, my Mother's Day Gift Guide would not be complete without including them. :-)

The kind folks at Dancing Deer Baking CO. send along their Mother's Day Treats Gift Medley for review, as well as shared other wonderful and tasty gift ideas that would put a smile on any mother or grandmother's face --- it sure did mine when I opened the mail the other day to find their Mother's Day Treats Gift Medley.  This gift set includes a dozen crisp and buttery daisies and butterflies cookies, along with 4 rich and decadent Chocolate Chunk Brownies and 4 Sweet Lemon Squares, all packaged in a rich, linen finish gift box with grosgrain ribbon for a beautiful gift, and available online now at Dancing Deer Baking Co. for only $34.99, by clicking here: http://www.dancingdeer.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=order&action=product_detail&product_group_id=8&product_id=15&product_sub_id=1681.

If you have never tried their brownies, you must.  They are out of this world, and are one of the most popular items to be ordered by loyal customers, who order time after time.  I have been ordering gift sets and browniers from Dancing Deer Baking Co. for years.  I even like to surprise my husband and father with their vanilla baseball cookies each year, in anticipation for Opening Day of baseball. Go Red Sox! :-)

Batter Up! Baseball Cookies Gift Box

Let's get back to the brownies.  The brownies are so good and addicting that you will find yourself wanting to eat the whole package, and if on a diet, falling of the wagon, sort of speak, just to indulge.  There fudge brownies really do satisfy your sweet tooth.  They are so soft and chewy, and made with only the freshest of ingredients.  And, unlike other brownies I have bought online, these arrive sealed in a bag for freshness, and last up to 2 weeks.  And, with each day that passes, the brownies taste as fresh as the day you opened the package.  But, once opened in our house, the brownies never seem to last the two weeks, as we can't stop reaching for one, to enjoy with a tall cold glass of milk for dipping. :-)

As for the flower and butterfly cookies, these ended up being the girls favorite treat from the gift box.  They would start by licking the ice frosting off the cookie, and then would nibble away at the cookie, until it was gone -- only to be left with a smile on their faces. :-)  I am not a fan of lemon bars or cookies, as it reminds me of my cancer treatment - where I could only eat lemon drops to sooth the radiated tissues in my throat and ease my upset stomach.  But, that didn't stop my husband from enjoying them, as he loves anything with lemon.  Like the brownies and cookies, these, too, came in a plastic sealed bag, to lock in the freshness.  They were also soft and chewy, and full of flavor.  My husband found himself finishing off the entire bag in one day -- usually something he never does.  But, he said he couldn't stop, as they were that good.  He wished he had more, once he took the last bite.

One of the great things about ordering cookies, brownies, or gift sets from the Dancing Deer Baking Co. is that the recipient always wants to share these sweet treats with those around.  I have introduced so many people to Dancing Deer Baking Co. and their many wonderful baked goodies -- only to have them start ordering for themselves, and to give as gifts. :-)

So, if you have never tried baked treats from the Dancing Deer Baking Co., why not use Mother's Day as a way to introduce yourself with their exceptional customer service, and overall quality and taste of their products?  Take it from a loyal customers for years -- you will not be disappointed with the baked goods you order from them.  Here are just a few examples of their current Mother's Day gift offerings that you can order online, directly from the Dancing Deer Baking Co. website.

Of course, you could send real flowers on Mother’s Day and companies such as Teleflora are experts in handling international deliveries of flower arrangements through various vendors. 1. I LOVE that bouquet!!! My mom and I have quite a sweet tooth, and I like sending her flowers-but it feels like a 'waste' sometimes. this is a perfect gift idea for Mother's Day or anytime I want to surprise someone with something special-thank you for this 'find', I've never heard of them! :) ~Raine~
