Enter to #Win FREE Passes to Screening of SING in Hartford, CT (Dec. 19th) + 1 of 2 SING Prize Packs #Giveaway

Were you able to catching the special FREE screening of SING this past Saturday after Thanksgiving?  I had shared a post that select AMC Theaters nationwide were letting the first 200 patron in the 10:30AM show to see Sing before it releases to theaters later this December. I was so hoping to make it, but the girls and I are still recovering from colds and pneumonia that I didn't want us sitting it a crowded theater with other people coughing and sneezing.  Hopefully, by the time it comes out around Christmas, we will be able to see it.  If not, after the kids are back in school, we will go with a couple homeschool friends and have the theater to ourselves while everyone is at work and school. :-)

The reason for my sharing more about SING is that I was given the opportunity to give away FREE passes to the movie for a special advanced screening night in Hartford at the Bow Tie Palace.  The screening is on Monday, December 19 at Bow Tie Palace at 7pm.  In addition to the promotional tickets to give away -- 50 in total, where each reader chosen will win a pair of 2 tickets to see this sneak peak screening of the movie --  I have two SING prize packs up for grabs, too!

I am so excited to not only give readers a chance to see this movie before it arrives officially in theaters around Christmas, but also that you have another chance to enter and win 1 of 2 SING PRIZE PACKS which include a SING tote bag, pair of headphones and pencil toppers.  So, without further ado, here are your two chances to win SING tickets and/or the PRIZE PACK.  You are able to enter both giveaways.  And, be sure to share the giveaways with your family and friends, so they can enter and maybe join you at the theater. Good luck!

Here is more about the movie, in case you missed my previous posts....

"Illumination has captivated audiences all over the world with the beloved hits Despicable MeDr. Seuss’ The LoraxDespicable Me 2 and Minions, now the second-highest-grossing animated movie in history.  Following the release of this summer’s comedy blockbuster The Secret Life of Pets, Illumination presents Sing this holiday season.

With its highly relatable characters, heart and humor, the first collaboration between writer/director Garth Jennings (Son of RambowThe Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy) and Illumination founder and CEO Chris Meledandri marks the sixth fully animated feature from the studio.

The event film stars Academy Award® winners Matthew McConaughey and Reese Witherspoon, alongside Seth MacFarlane, Scarlett Johansson, John C. Reilly, Taron Egerton and Grammy Award-nominated Tori Kelly.

Set in a world like ours but entirely inhabited by animals, Sing stars Buster Moon (McConaughey), a dapper koala who presides over a once-grand theater that has fallen on hard times.  Buster is an eternal—some might even say delusional—optimist who loves his theater above all and will do anything to preserve it.  Now faced with the crumbling of his life’s ambition, he has one final chance to restore his fading jewel to its former glory by producing the world’s greatest singing competition.

Five lead contestants emerge: Mike (MacFarlane), a mouse who croons as smoothly as he cons; Meena (Kelly), a timid teenage elephant with an enormous case of stage fright; Rosita (Witherspoon), an overtaxed mother run ragged tending a litter of 25 piglets; Johnny (Egerton), a young gangster gorilla looking to break free of his family’s felonies; and Ash (Johansson), a punk-rock porcupine struggling to shed her arrogant boyfriend and go solo.

Each arrives under Buster’s marquee believing that this is their shot to change the course of their life.  And as Buster coaches each of his contestants closer and closer to the grand finale, he starts to learn that maybe the theater isn’t the only thing that is in need of saving.

Featuring more than 65 hit songs, Sing is produced by Meledandri and his longtime collaborator Janet Healy.  Together, they have produced all of Illumination’s films since the studio’s inception.  Released by Universal Pictures, Sing arrives in theaters on Dec. 21, 2016.  www.singmovie.com
