Key Wilde and Mr Clarke's

arrives October 21

My girls were first introduced to Key Wilde & Mr. Clarke when I shared their "Pleased to Meet You" CD.  And, since then, we are always on the lookout for new Cd's and music from this duo.

So, when I heard that "Animal Tales" was releasing on October 21st, I just had to get my hands on a review copy to share with the girls.  Similar to other songs, this new CD is filled with 13 original songs that deal with animals.  Kids will love learning about Animal Kingdom, and how they interact with humans.

Here is the track list:

1. Animal Kingdom
2. Frog Fiesta
3. The Buck Stops Here
4. Bear Song
5. Platypus
6. Katy Caterpillar
7. Bombardier Beetle
8.Armando Armadillo
9. Alligator Get-Together
10. Beastapus
11. Larry the Lobster
12. Hippo Dance
13. Animal Island

While the girls are fans of all the songs, I find the girls are asking for "Katy Caterpillar" and "Larry the Lobster" to be replayed, time and again. Each and every song listed above is catchy and will have both kids and adults tapping their toes and moving about.  Whenever I put on this upcoming CD release, we can't help but dance and pretend to be different animals.

If you enjoy listening to fun kids' music with your little ones, or they are fans of animals and learning more about them through song, then you will want to pick up "Animals Tales" fromKey Wilde and Mr Clarke when it arrives on CD on October 21st.  Once the first songs starts, you will be hooked!  :-)

"Key Wilde and Mr Clarke, a Parents’ Choice GOLD Award-winning duo known for wildly imaginative songwriting and a distinctive harmonic sound, will release a new album of zoological story-songs, Animal Taleson October 21st (available from Amazon.com, iTunes, and various other outlets via Burnside Distribution). These sometimes allegorical songs exude KWMC’s “energetic blend of Americana and punk, of empathy and third-grade snark” (Zooglobble), while often offering useful fauna facts. To celebrate the release, the NYC- NJ based duo perform on October 11th at World Cafe Live in Philadelphia.

Recorded by GRAMMY-winning producer Dean Jones, Key Wilde & Mr Clarke’s fourth family music album reflects an ongoing interest in animals. “I've been obsessed with them all my life,” muses Key Wilde, a musician-illustrator-art director whose wry animal images have appeared in magazines, newspapers and album covers. Wilde designed and illustrated a “Wildlife Wonders!” exhibit for the Central Park Conservancy. He also designs and illustrates media for TheWoodlands Wildlife Refuge in New Jersey. “The Bear Song,” which introduces all eight species of bears, was created for an international conference at The Woodlands last fall. The following animated video of the song is getting thousands of spins...
