Highlights Hello Magazine for Children 0 to 2 - Video Test

"Say hello to a new way to learn and grow.  Baby's first Highlights magazine -- just right for children ages 0-2...and their parents!

Do you remember the Highlights magazine from when you were a child?  And, did you know it is still around?  This is really amazing, as many of the children's magazines we grew up with didn't last long.  So, it is saying something about Highlights and its quality of educational magazines and products for children, that is still around, and turning out new products like the "Hello" magazine for children ages 0-2 years old to enjoy with their parents.

My mother recently signed Savannah up for the Highlights "High Five" magazine, which is geared towards kids ages 2-6 years old.  The first time I showed Savannah the Highlights magazine, I couldn't help but think back to when I was a kid and feeling all grown up getting mail. :-)  Then, we sat together, just as I used to do with my Mom, and flipped through the magazine.  I was happy to see that this magazine still offers some of my favorite features like the mini stories and songs, along with fun find-it puzzles.  The puzzles were my favorite.  How about you?

Out of all the children's magazines we get, I have to say that the Highlights magazine really does hold the girls' attention, and keeps them entertained.  It wasn't until I went on the Highlights website to see if they had another magazines available, that I learned about their new "Hello" magazine for children ages 0-2 yrs. old.  I thought this would be a great magazine to get for Arabella, who is 18 months.  And, I knew that once Savannah saw it, she would want to sit down with us and enjoy each of the Hello magazines, and help us "find it" and "sing along".

After reaching out to the folks at Highlights, I was sent a few of their Hello magazines to review with the girls.

"Highlights Hello magazine for babies and toddlers delivers colorful images, age-appropriate stories, and fun activities parent and child can enjoy together. Mailed cleanly wrapped and made of a safe, durable material with rounded corners and no staples, each 16-page issue:
  • Encourages quality time together
  • Offers story-time tips for parents
  • Engages babies and young children visually
  • Helps parents teach their kids about the joys of reading
  • Supports early language development
In addition, expert advice from pediatricians, psychologists and educators is printed inside the magazine’s envelope to provide support and encouragement for new parents. Highlights Hello magazine makes it easy for parents to read to and bond with their babies and toddlers 0- to 2-years-old!"

As with all of Highlights products, your satisfaction is guaranteed!

The girls and I had a great time reviewing the samples so kindly sent our way from Highlights, and I will definitely be buying a subscription to this magazine, so that Arabella will get her monthly issue in the mail, alongside Savannah's Highlights "High Five" magazine.  It is really nice to be able to share one of my favorite memories of my childhood, receiving Highlights magazines in the mail each month, with my girls, and seeing how excited and happy they get with this fun, educational magazine created just for them!

So, why not give the new "Hello" magazine, or one of the two other Highlights magazines a try?  You will not be disappointed! :-)
