Finally, you should be aiming to drink at least 8 glasses or 2 liters of water a day. This is important as your body loses water constantly throughout the day so it needs replenishing regularly. Drinking water also keeps you, your body, and your mind hydrated and believe it or not improves your memory and brain functions.
Water can also help you if you are wanting to lose a few pounds. If you drink a glass of water before every meal it will prevent you from overeating as you will feel full much quicker with the help of the water.
