Arrow: The Complete Seventh Season - Available on DVD and Blu-ray August 20th (Review)

Disclosure: Warner Bros. Home Entertainment provided me with a free copy of the DVD, I reviewed in this post.  The opinions I share are my own.

The CW’s Longest Running DC Series Is Back

Contains All Exhilarating Episodes from the Seventh Season,
Plus a Crossover Featurette, 2018 Comic-Con Panel, and More!

Including All Three Episodes of the DC Crossover Event: Elseworlds Available Only on the Blu-Ray Set

I was so excited when I heard about this upcoming Season 7 release of Arrow earlier in the year.  This is one CW series I was turned onto by friends and Facebook followers when I asked what would be a good show to get into and binge watch.  Come on, you know you do the same thing -- stumble upon or have a series recommended to you, and then you stay up late and use your weekend to binge watch all the episodes or seasons.  I remember seeing a few commercials for this popular CW series, but for some reason never checked it out.  Big mistake!...as once I started to watch it, I couldn't get enough of it, and found myself waiting eagerly for the complete seventh season to release, so that I could see what happened next.

If you have been waiting like me for ARROW:  THE COMPLETE SEVENTH SEASON to arrive on Blu-Ray and DVD, I am happy to say the wait is almost over.  On August 20th, you can pick up either the Blu-Ray or DVD copy of ARROWTHE COMPLETE SEVENTH SEASON and binge watch the seventh season to your heart's content. :-)  Thanks to the folks at Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, they made my week this week when they sent me an advance copy of the Blu-Ray to watch.  I have been watching a few episodes a night, and can't wait for tonight to watch more with my husband.  He never saw the show, but started watching the episodes with me, and is now hooked.  While he will have to go back and watch the previous six seasons, I gave him a brief summary of what has transpired over the previous six seasons, so he would be ready to dive in with me and watch all 22 full-length episodes that make up the seventh season.

If watching these 22 episodes weren't enough, this upcoming Blu-Ray and DVD release also comes with some great bonus content including a gag reel, deleted scenes, featurettes and so much more.  We started by watching the "Inside the Crosscover: Elseworls and Best of DC TV's Comic-Com panels featurettes before starting on season 7.  One bucket list that both my husband and I have is to attend a San Diego Comic Con.  We have done Comic Cons out here on the East Coast, but the ones in San Diego seem to draw more stand out stars, and great panel discussions.  So, it was great to watch the Comic-Con panel featurette even though we weren't able to be in there in person.

Don't worry, I am not going to talk about what happens in Season 7, as I, myself, hate reading spoilers from other bloggers and writers.  If you haven't seen season 7 and have been waiting, know that the wait is worth it.  So far, I am loving season 7 and can't wait to make it to the end of this season.  The suspense of what will happen next is with each and every episode I watch.  And, it seems like each episode is even better than the last!  So, if you are a fan of CW's Arrow, you will want to make sure you pre-order or pick up the ARROW:  THE COMPLETE SEVENTH SEASON when it arrives on Blu-Ray and DVD on August 20th, to add to your growing Arrow collection.
