Both of my girls are fans of National Geographic Kids books including their annual Almanac 2020.  Ever since they started to read on their own, they have been drawn to these books, which are always filled with full-color illustrations and fun facts.  Each and every page offers up entertaining and amazing content that keeps the girls engaged, while learning at the same time.  This new Almanac 2020 is no exception to National Geographic Kids books.  All of the content included with the almanac is new, so you don't have to worry about reading past shared facts, etc.  Kids and adults will be amazed at the incredible photos and fascinating facts they will find as they read through the book, which is 349 pages in length.  I found myself sitting down with the girls and reading through the pages with them, as they were sharing all sorts of weird by true facts with my husband and I, and this peaked my interest and had me wanting to check out the full color photos for myself.

We have only had this new Almanac 2020 for a week or so now, but it only took a couple days to read through it all, cover to cover. Once we started to read through the pages, we found it was hard to put the almanac down.  The addition of fun games, quizzes, jokes and activities that are included with the book made for a more enjoyable read.  From reading animal stories to learning about amazing inventions, this new almanac written especially with kids in mind, is a must have for kids heading back to school and wanting to have a fun resourceful almanac to reference, or even peak report ideas.  You will find that once you start reading through the almanac, it will be hard to stop, as all the stories are engaging and oh so interesting.  So, what are you waiting for?  Get a jump start on your kids' back to school needs by picking up the new National Geographic Kids Almanac 2020. :-)
