Give Mom the Experience of a Spa Day in the South of France Without Having to Leave Home (Review)

Disclosure:  I was sent samples from the vendor in exchange for an honest review. All views shared are mine and mine alone.

What mom wouldn't love a spa day?  I know I would love to head to the spa for a few hours to be pampered. With all that I have going on in my life, trying to book a spa day would be nearly impossible. But, that doesn't mean I can't recreate a "Spa Day Experience" at home.  Thanks to South of France and their line of all-natural soaps, I am able to indulge my senses each and every time I hop in the shower, or find time to soak in a hot bath.

Now, I know what you are saying..."How can soaps make you feel like you are at the spa?"  I guess you have never experienced the South of France products for yourself, as if you did, you wouldn't have to ask. :-)  What is so great about their line of all-natural soaps is that they are "kettle-cooked in small batches using a traditional Marseille triple-milled recipe to create a creamy lather, that leaves skin soft and moisturized."  You can choose from 14 transporting scents including almond gourmande, blooming jasmine, climbing wild rose, lavender fields, lemon verbena, lush gardenia or Mediterranean fig.

Posts like these I wish there was such as a thing as "smellovision" as I really wish you could smell the bar soaps I was sent from South of France to review.  I am not usually a big apricot scented fan, but after trying out their glazed apricots french milled soap with organic shea butter, I am hooked, and want to buy more. :-)

In addition to the glazed apricot scented bar soap, I was also sent samples in violet bouquet and cherry blossom of their mini milled bar soap.  These size soaps are perfect to pack in a gym bag, or add to your toiletry bag for a weekend getaway.

I really enjoyed both of these scents, and couldn't believe how soft and moisturized these soaps left my skin. I have tried other so-called organic Shea butter soaps, but have found that they always leave my skin dry or with a chalky or filmy layer to my skin after use.  But, not with South of France soaps -- each and every wash my skin is left smooth and moisturized, which I absolutely love!

The folks at South of France also sent along samples of their popular liquid foaming hand wash for me to sample.  I was sent the same three scents -- glazed apricots, violet bouquet and cherry blossom.

These foaming hands soaps worked well, and have become a staple in my bathrooms and at the kitchen sinks. My husband and daughters have also been using the foaming hand wash and all have shared how they love the scents of the soap, and have noticed how their hands are smoother and more moisturized, compared to other hand wash we used to use.

With Mother's Day fast approaching, now is the time to think about giving moms everywhere a spa day, or at least a pampering experience at home.  And, thanks to South of France and their body care products, moms everywhere can indulge their senses and journey to the South of France, without having to leave home.

They will experience a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience each and every time they reach for a bar of French milled soap from South of France.  I am so happy I was able to experience their line of liquid and bar soaps, and will not be going back to the soaps we used to use, as they never truly moisturized and pampered my skin like this soap has.

All South of France liquid and bar soaps are free of synthetic foaming agents like sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate, as well as glutens, EDTA, parabens, and phthalates. They’re available at retailers nationwide.

You can also find Variety packs available on Amazon for just $20!
