Cartoon Network's CRAIG OF THE CREEK Hits the Great Outdoors with New DVD Release Tomorrow, March 19th (Review)

Disclosure:  I was sent a review copy from the vendor in exchange for an honest review. All views shared are mine and mine alone.

My girls love Steven Universe, thanks to my husband.  So, when Craig of the Creek first aired on television, they all had to sit and watch this new animated series together, and compare it to Steven Universe, as it was written by the same writers, Matt Burnett and Ben Levin.

So, what did they think of it?  Let's just say my girls have been busy filling our DVR with all the Craig of the Creek episodes from this now hit animated series.  They can't get enough of show, and  love to sit and watch it with my husband when he gets home from work.  Together, they snuggle up on the couch, and laugh and talk about this super fun, animated series, which is full of adventure and mystery.  It features Craig and his friends, who explore the wilderness of the creek.  The story lines are out there -- never-ending games of tag, journeying through a Poison Ivy Grove, and so many more crazy escapades.  But, that is what is so great about this series, as the characters have such creative imaginations and come up with adventures set in the wilderness near the creek.

My girls were so excited to get their hands on this new DVD release, which arrives in stores tomorrow, and contains 13 full-length episodes from the series.  It also contains never before seen content, a photo gallery highlighting the best moments from the first season, and the full episodic animatic of "The Final Book".  Fans of this series will love this new DVD, and with Easter fast approaching, this would make for a great basket filler.  My girls and husband give this new DVD release two thumbs up, and can't wait for more Craig of the Creek DVDs to release, so that they can grow their DVD collection.
