Available November 6th...

I was sent an advance copy of this book to share with my girls last month, and have lost count on many times we have read it.  My youngest daughter's name is Arabella, but we call her "Bella" and "Belle" for short.  So, when she saw the title of this book, she thought the book was written especially for her. :-)  I had to tell that this book is another release in the "Princess Snowbelle" series by Libby Frost...but, she still said, "It was made for me!."  How can you argue with an almost 7 year old? :-)

As we read this book for the first time, the girls both said that this book would be perfect for princess, Frozen and Fancy Nancy fans, as it has the feel of girl power and an enchanted icy winter village where Princess Snowbelle and her brothers lived.  This was the first Princess Snowbelle book we have read, but wasn't our last, as I ended up picking up Princess Snowbelle which released back in 2017, in addition to a few activity and sticker books based on Libby Frost's book, which I found on Amazon.

My girls enjoyed this previous release, but said that if they had to choose between the two, that the upcoming "Princess Snowbelle and the Snow Games" was their favorite.  They loved the story line and the messaging that this book was trying to convey to readers -- winning isn't everything and the importance of family and friends.

While I am not a fan of winter and the cold temperatures the season brings, I still love looking out our bay windows at fresh falling snow and the tree branches covered with snow.  A snowfall truly makes for a winter wonderland, and this book with its snowy scenes will have you wishing for the first snowfall, just so you can enjoy the beauty of the season.

If you are looking for a "girl power" type book to share with your child that is not only fun to read, but will get them excited about winter and snow games, then you will want to pick up the upcoming "Princess Snowbelle and the Snow Games", available on November 6th from Bloomsbury Children's Books.

About this Book:

"Return to the enchanting, icy world of Frostovia with Princess Snowbelle in this continuation of a series that combines sparkly magic and the fun girl power of Fancy Nancy.

It's time for the annual Snow Games! Princess Snowbelle and her brothers can't wait to compete against the neighboring kingdom of Snowland in contests ranging from sled racing to sculpture building--and they especially can't wait to win the big ice trophy.

But when the games don't go quite as planned, Snowbelle realizes there's more to competing than winning. With the help of her friends and family--and just a little bit of magic--can she make sure the Snow Games are fun for everyone?

Frostovia's glittering world is the perfect place to meet Princess Snowbelle and experience the magic of friendship and family."
