Back in April I shared a post with the trailer for the cute family-friendly movie Turtle Tale.

After showing the same trailer to my two girls, they quickly ran to the calendar to add a note on June 26th to mark the release of this movie to DVD, Digital and On Demand, as they couldn't wait to see it.  I didn't tell them that they would be getting a screener of the movie a few days before the movie's DVD release, so they were all smiles when they opened the mail last weekend and found the Turtle Tale DVD in the mail.  It couldn't have come at a better time as we were still trying to decide what movie to watch for our weekly Friday Night Pizza and Movie night we have.  But, as soon as the girls saw this movie, our movie selection problem was solved, as they wanted to watch this.

My girls love turtles, so I think this is part of the reason they were drawn to this live-action movie.  And, the story also drew them in, as they love adventure-type films, and after seeing the trailer, they wanted to see if these unlikely turtle friends would be able to find their friend who vanished from the FL animal park.

This live-action feature really was a treat to watch, and kept everyone -- adults and kids alike -- entertained from start to finish.  Not only was the movie filled with action, but there were cute jokes throughout that made you laugh, and fall in love with the two turtles.  As soon as the movie was over the girls were asking when we could watch it again.  And, usually I would say to wait a little while, but I found myself wanting to see it again, so we ended up watching it again Saturday afternoon...and it was just as good as the first viewing. :-)

If you love having family movie nights, and are looking for a great movie the whole family will enjoy, then you will want to check out the new release, Turtle Tale, available now on DVD, Digital and On Demand.  And, be sure to read on, below the movie synopsis section, to learn how you can enter for a chance to win a copy of this DVD to share with your family this summer. :-)
