Dish's HopperGo streams TV shows without Internet

Introduced at CES 2016, DISH's pocket-sized HopperGO wireless flash drive stores up to 100 hours of recorded content for offline viewing on smartphones and tablets.

Ready for this?  Only 6 weeks left until Christmas?  How are you doing with your holiday shopping?  Have you even started yet, or do you wait until Black Friday or Cyber Monday to start?  Well, if you have a TV lover in your life (who doesn't) why wait to get their gift and chance it being sold out.  Instead, buy them DISH’s HopperGO, the portable DVR that requires no Internet access --making it perfect for upcoming Thanksgiving and holiday travel, as well as a must have gift for TV/DVR lovers.

HopperGO with Smartphone

If you are not familiar with HopperGo from DISH, here is more information...

HopperGO is a pocket-sized device that allows users to transfer TV shows and movies from their Hopper DVR for on-the-go offline viewing.

The HopperGo supports up to five mobile devices displaying different programs simultaneously, so the whole family can stay entertained while traveling during the holiday season.  This is my favorite feature of this pocket DVR, which we have been using for about six months now.

Whenever we are out and about, or going away for a weekend, I make a point to load up the HopperGo with everyone's favorite programs so that everyone can watch what they want and keep everyone happy (and quiet).  :-)

Additional features

·         Stores 100 hours of recorded content (64 GB)
·         Creates its own private wireless cloud, so customers can binge watch without worrying about eating up data
·         Compatible with iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, as well as Kindle tablets
·         Capable of up to four hours of streaming on a single charge

Tech Specifications
Image showing the hopperGO is only 2.5 inches square and .5 inches tall
  • No mobile data usage required
  • No mobile data storage required
  • Connect up to 5 mobile devices
  • Private Wi-Fi network
  • 100 hours of storage
  • 4-hour battery pack
  • 64 GB flash drive
  • 2.4 ounces
  • Compatible with any iOS- or Android-powered smartphone or tablet
DISH Anywhere App and Hopper 2 or Hopper 3 required.

What programs would you load to your own HopperGo with over 100 hours of storage?  We have Paw Patrol, Shimmer and Shine, The Walking Dead, Shark Tank and so many more, with over 60 hours left to store more shows.  The only difficult thing about the HopperGo is choosing the shows you want to add.  But, with all that storage space you don't have to worry having to choose one show over another, as it is really hard to use up all 100 hours of storage space. :-)

The HopperGo is a must have for TV lovers everywhere.  If you don't have one, you will want to ask Santa one for yourself, while you also pick one (or more) up to surprise that special TV lover or hard to shop for person on your holiday shopping list.  And, with all the amazing features of the HopperGo mentioned above, I have one more great thing to mention about the HopperGo, making it even harder to say "No" to buying today....

How does a free HopperGo sound?  :-)
