It is hard to find a toddler, preschool or even K-1 age child who doesn't know about Paw Patrol.  This hit television series which airs daily on Nickelodeon is a hit among all young children, including my two girls.  Savannah, my youngest, is a huge fan and can't go a day without wearing some sort of Paw Patrol clothing.  I have lost count of how many shirts, jackets and hats that she owns that feature her favorite Paw Patrol characters.  And, most of the photos we have taken of her, she is wearing Paw Patrol or carrying around one of her many stuffed pups or toys.  To say we are a Paw Patrol loving family is an understatement. :-)

Being such a huge fan, you can only imagine how excited Savannah was on Friday when we received the upcoming DVD, PAW Patrol: Brave Heroes, Big Rescues, in the mail.  For fans of the show, she was quick to point out that this was the DVD she has been waiting for as it includes the popular mer-pups episode.  This is one of her favorite episodes and just one of many that she can watch and recite all the dialogue without hesitation.  In addition to the mer-pup episode this upcoming Paw Patrol DVD also includes the following already aired episodes...

Pups Save Jake/Pups Save the Parade - Jake and Chase explore a deep cave, but their adventure takes a turn when Jake ends gets his ankle stuck between some fallen rocks. Ryder, Rubble and Marshall need to get to the cave and save him. The Adventure Bay Parade Day goes awry when Alex puts too many balloons on Katie's bathtub float and Cali and Chickaletta float away.

Pups Save A Mer-Pup - At a beachside camping trip, the PAW Patrol spots a Mer-Pup in trouble. The team transforms into Mer-Pups under the magical Mer-Moon to save their new underwater friends.

Pups Save a Friend/Pups Save a Stowaway - Feeling like he has four left paws and that his clumsy ways are constantly messing up his friends' fun, Marshall decides to take a break from the PAW Patrol and goes off to the woods. The pups notice Marshall is gone and jump into action to find him and bring him back to the Lookout. In Pups Save a Stowaway, the PAW Patrol are on a road trip in the Paw Patroller to the Icy Tundra to help Jake count penguins. Little do they realize, Cali has been packed up as an unsuspecting stowaway. In an effort to get home, Cali finds herself on Everest's plow and the pups have to rescue a kitten.

Pups Bark with Dinosaurs - The Paw Patrol is on a big excavation dig in the jungle with Cap'n Turbot looking for dinosaur fossils when they unearth three fossilized eggs. The eggs hatch and the three baby pterodactyls begin running around Adventure Bay.  The PAW Patrol is on the case and soon all the prehistoric creatures are found.

Even though we have only had this DVD for a few days, Savannah has already watched it a handful of times. She even fell asleep holding the DVD case Friday night as she couldn't wake the next day and watch the episodes again. :-)  Savannah was so happy to finally own a copy the mer-pups episode and was happy to add yet another Paw Patrol DVD to her growing collection.  If you have a Paw Patrol fan in your house, then this is DVD that they will want to own. And, with Easter fast approaching, if you can hold on and surprise them with this DVD, it would make for a great basket stuffer. I, for one, couldn't keep this DVD a secret.  :-)
