Two-Disc DVD Set Features Thirteen 22-Minute Episodes
for Over Four Hours of Scooby-Doo! Content

I grew up watching Scooby-Doo with my brothers, and continued to watch the newer Scooby-Doo versions over the years.  Some worked, while others made me wish they never tried to revamp such a classic show.  And, as  a result, I found myself not watching new shows or movies, even if they looked worthwhile, as I didn't want to be disappointed.  If you are a true Scooby-Doo fan then you know what I am talking about.  I have seen many online forums where people talk about shows of the 70's and 80's and Scooby most always comes up, especially when a new DVD or series is released.

Tomorrow's DVD has been talked about online for a few months now thanks to the DVD release announcement last fall.  Being a blogger, I was lucky enough to be set a review copy to see this all-new series from Warner Bros. Animation.  I am so glad I gave this new animated comedy series a chance as it really is amazing.  Yes, there are changes that you will notice from the classic Scooy-Doo series, like a new voice for Velma.  Some of the characters are also revamped to go with the times like Daphne's character - you will have to pick up this new release to see what I mean. :-)

I loved that this new release was made up of two DVDs as it made for a fun binge watching of  Be Cool Scooby-Doo! the other night with my husband.  I wanted to screen this new series before sharing it with the girls.  My husband, who also grew up watching Scooby and Shaggy agreed that this was a nice revamp to the classic and was not a flop.  We both found ourselves sharing past childhood memories of our favorite Scooby-Doo moments and talking about the 13 full-length episodes that make up this new 2-DVD set.

My girls haven't had a chance to watch all the episodes yet.  But, the ones they have seen, they have loved.  Bella has also been busy trying her hand at a Shaggy impression, while Savannah thinks she has nailed Scooby-Doo. :-)  Gotta love kids!
