In addition to driving around to see holiday lights with the family, I also love tuning it to television shows for their holiday specials. Unfortunately, the holiday episodes are scarce when it comes to television series nowadays, compared to when I was growing up. I can still recall classic holiday episodes from some of my favorite shows like Married with Children, The Cosby Show, That 70's Show and even Rosanne. If only there was a DVD that contained all of these classic holiday episodes? Well, thanks to the folks at Mill Creek Entertainment, they have done just that and are offering 12 of the best and merriest episodes from everyone's favorite shows -- and the DVD is only $9.98 -- a steal if you ask me! :-)
Were you a fan of The Partridge Family? How about Bewitched or even The Flying Nun? If you were, then you will be happy to find your favorite holiday episodes of years past from these shows. While my girls are too young to watch the episodes on this DVD, my husband and I have been enjoying these episodes in the evening after the girls go to bed. It is fun to watch them and remember back to when we were younger and saw them for the time. You can really appreciate the shows and their story lines, compared to what you find with shows today. This is why it is called classic television.
I am so happy to have this DVD to add my family's holiday collection, and will definitely be watching this time and again, for many years to come.
