E-Books from KD Novelties Make Reading on the Go Fun with Their Personalized Book Selection (Review) #personalizedbooks

Personalized Childrens Books by KD Novelties

Usually when I purchase personalized books for the girls, I buy them in hard print.  But, I have found that their bookcase is filling up with books, and these keepsake books seem to be lost in the shuffle of books.  So, I thought I would try out sharing personalized e-books with them.  Just like books you would personalize and order in hard print, e-books are the same, except they only take up minimal space on your computer.  What I love about this version is that I can download the book to our Cloud drive and can read the book to the girls wherever we are, on different devices, including our iPad, cell phones, other tablets, or even my computer.

Recently, I created a personalized e-book from KD Novelties called Terrance the Giraffe for Savannah.

About the Book:

"A whimsical best seller that teaches children that being different is not a bad thing. Your child helps Terrance the Giraffe through a difficult time where he is teased for being different and at the end Terrance overcomes. A great personalized story to encourage children going through a challenging stage. Promotes perseverance, confidence and sharing. Child's name will appear on the cover."

We are currently working on letter recognition and sounding out words, so I thought this story would be a good book to start with, and one that we could enjoy when spending one on one time together.  Savannah loves seeing her name in print, and is a fan of giraffes, which fill the pages of this cute children's book. And, as a parent, I love books that teach lessons. This books shares through a cute story that everyone is different, but should still be treated with respect and not be teased.  Like your parents always told you growing up, "Treat others as you would like to be treated."  And, this story about a cute giraffe and your child, who is also a star character, shares this life lesson well.

Kids will love to receive this book and will smile when they see their name on the front cover and throughout the book.  The story itself is easy to understand and great for kids of all ages and reading levels. My girls, who both love jungle animals, thought Terrance the Giraffe was cute, and couldn't stop admiring the beautiful illustrations as we turned the pages electronically.  :-)

I had never heard of KD Novelties beofre, so it was nice to browse through their selection of books you can personalize for boys and girls of all ages.  You have the option of ordering in hard print or as an e-book version.  And, prizes are reasonable, so you don't have to worry about breaking the bank or paying a fortune for a personalized book for your child or to give as a gift.

I can't believe I didn't think of purchasing personalized e-books before.  They are convenient to have for on-the-go entertaining, and are a great educational addition to our iPads, for the girls to flip through and enjoy on their own time.  And, bedtime is made a breeze, as the girls feel like the story is coming alive by seeing it on the screen as compared to in print. :-)  With the holidays fast approaching, I now have another great gift idea for the girls, as well as for family and friends.  Who wouldn't want a book that you could store on your phone or tablet and read wherever or whenever your child needs to be entertained or calmed down, or you simply want to spend quality time reading together.  Just the other day, we had a lazy day at a local park.  After lunch, I pulled out my phone and read this cute story to the girls.  It was nice having a book at my hands, without having to lug it around in the diaper bag.
